SALE TERMS & COPYRIGHT

· All Super 12s resources are copyrighted, and Super 12s remains the owner of all content.

· Products are sold as an individual licence only.

· Products are sold as Blackline Masters, and the following are permitted:

o Hard copies of the product are permitted to be made and distributed to the direct students* of the purchaser only.

o Electronic copies of the product are permitted to be distributed to the direct students* of the purchaser only (including via a learning management system or email).

(*Direct students relates to those students under the direct teaching of the purchaser in the academic year the resources are being used.)

· The following is not permitted:

o Distribution of the resources to others (outside of those stated above).

o Use of the resources by others (outside of those stated above).

o Loaning or on-selling of any resources.

o Notification about the ownership or purchaser’s watermark must not be removed from the resources.

· The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser is liable for any unauthorised copying, distribution or use of the resources in breach of these terms.

· Super 12s warrants that the resources supplied by it will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

· · The purchaser must not breach the moral rights of the authors of the resources.

These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the use of super12s.com and its affiliated Shopify online store 1635cb-aa.myshopify.com (the ‘Site’). This Site is operated an an e-commerce website. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Sales Terms and Copyright policies. and agree to abide by them at all times.
